1. The Roof Deck will be open for tenant use Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 8:00PM.
2. During inclement weather, the Roof Deck will be closed for use.
3. Use of the Rooftop Deck is limited to a total of 140 people. If the Roof Deck is at capacity, building security has the right to turn away any individual.
4. Roof Deck is for Tenant use only.
5. Absolutely no one is permitted outside of the Roof Deck area.
6. Absolutely no smoking is permitted on the Roof Deck. This includes Vaping.
7. No playing of loud or excessive noise (this includes Spotify, YouTube, Netflix, etc. you get the gist), without the use of headphones. Music must meet Chicago city code for roof deck events.
8. No glassware, bottles, or silverware are allowed- inside or outside. Paper plates, plastic ware, and plastic cups are required.
9. Grilling on the roof deck is allowed with prior approval from the Office of the Building, after submitting a Grill Use Indemnification and Release Agreement.
10. All trash must be disposed of in the receptacles. If you brought it with you, we don’t want it left behind.
11. No items shall be thrown from the roof. All items, furnishings, equipment, etc. shall be secured against movement / damage by wind.
12. No filming or photo shoots are permitted on the Roof Deck during regular hours.
13. Roof Deck furniture is not to be moved, removed, or rearranged.
14. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
15. Landlord reserves the right to exclude or expel from the Roof Deck any person who, in the judgment of Manager, is intoxicated or under the influence of liquor or drugs, or who shall in any manner do any act in violation of any of these Rules and Regulations.
