Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems operate in the Building Monday through Friday, 7:00AM to 8:00PM, and on Saturday, 8:00AM to 4:00PM. If, during normal business hours, you need the temperature adjusted within your suite, please contact your company’s facilities Management Team, and the appropriate party will enter a work order into the Building’s online work order system.

HVAC services after normal business hours are available upon request, but there is a per hour charge. This additional service can be scheduled by your approved tenant representative contacting the Management Office 24 hours in advance of when the service is needed.

600 West offers an after-hours automated HVAC control system. It grants tenants the ability to turn their HVAC systems on or off, after normal business hours, for a fee. Authorized tenant representatives can request a login from the Management Office.
